D’CAVROS is a premium apparel brand focused on creating distinctive clothing with strong visual identity, quality and purpose.
As we continue to build and expand our apparel collections, we're looking for a Fashion Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into original, commercially relevant designs across T-shirts and apparel.
This is a hands-on creative role where your work can move from concept → artwork → garment → finished product.
About the Role
We're looking for a Fashion Graphic Designer who understands more than just graphic design.
You should understand fashion trends, garment aesthetics, silhouettes, typography, graphics, collections and apparel branding.
You will work closely with the Creative Director and founder to develop original designs across T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, polos, sweatpants and other apparel.
From developing the initial concept to creating the final production-ready artwork, you'll have an active role throughout the creative process.

Design & Concept Development
Create original graphics and artwork for T-shirts and apparel.
Develop concepts for new collections and product drops.
Translate ideas, references and creative briefs into original designs.
Develop typography, illustrations, graphics and fashion-focused artwork.
Create front, back, sleeve and other garment-placement graphics.
Explore different visual directions while maintaining D’CAVROS' identity.
Develop designs across minimal, vintage, typography, graphic, bold, experimental and other relevant styles.
Fashion & Apparel Design
Research current fashion and graphic design trends.
Understand garment silhouettes, proportions, fits and aesthetics.
Understand how artwork interacts with different garment colors, fabrics and silhouettes.
Design specifically for apparel rather than simply adapting generic graphics.
Contribute ideas for complete collections rather than only individual products.
Help create a consistent visual language across D’CAVROS collections.
Production & Print
Prepare artwork for apparel production.
Create high-quality, production-ready files.
Create vector artwork where required.
Prepare artwork for DTF, screen printing and other apparel printing methods.
Ensure correct dimensions, resolution, colors and file formats.
Make technical adjustments based on production requirements.
Work with production/manufacturing teams when required.
Mockups & Presentation
Create realistic apparel mockups.
Apply artwork accurately to different garments.
Present concepts professionally for review.
Refine designs based on feedback.
Convert approved concepts into final production-ready artwork.
Brand & Creative Direction
Contribute ideas to the overall creative direction of D’CAVROS.
Participate in collection brainstorming.
Help maintain consistency across D’CAVROS products.
Stay informed about fashion, apparel and graphic design trends.
Work directly with the Creative Director and founder on new concepts.

Strong understanding of fashion and apparel graphics.
Strong visual and conceptual thinking.
Understanding of fashion trends and contemporary aesthetics.
Understanding of garment aesthetics, silhouettes and proportions.
Strong understanding of typography and composition.
Good understanding of color theory.
Understanding of branding and visual identity.
Understanding of apparel printing and production.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to develop original concepts independently.
Ability to think commercially while maintaining creativity.
Ability to understand and execute creative direction.
Ability to receive feedback and iterate.
Ability to manage multiple creative projects.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Experience with additional creative software is a plus.
Experience
Experience in fashion, apparel graphics or clothing brands is preferred, but it is not the only factor we consider.
Freshers and emerging designers with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.
