About the role
Lead the vision and buildout of MOKANA's 503A compounding pharmacy. As our Pharmacist in Charge, you'll guide licensing, compliance, and operations from the ground up — shaping a pharmacy where care is personal and every patient is known by name.
MOKANA is a supermarket and pharmacy coming to Brooklyn in 2028, built to serve every neighbor with quality food and real care. This is a rare opportunity to build a pharmacy from the very beginning, with real ownership over what it becomes.
Responsibilities
Serve as the licensed Pharmacist in Charge, overseeing all pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.
Guide the setup and licensing of our 503A compounding pharmacy.
Build and lead the pharmacy team as we grow toward opening.
Champion a model of care rooted in community, dignity, and personal attention.
Qualifications
Licensed pharmacist in good standing in New York State (PharmD or equivalent).
Experience as a PIC or in pharmacy leadership.
Compounding (503A) experience a strong plus.
